Booking Policies

To facilitate a comfortable and respectful environment for all, we have established a few simple property guidelines. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with them:

Home Sweet Home Hours

Check-in time is at 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Kindly adhere to these hours to ensure a seamless experience for everyone. A late checkout fee will be applied to your bill if you check out after 11:00 AM.

Early Check-In

Early check-in can be provided for an additional fee of $20.00+ tax/ hour for every hour before 4:00 pm. Early check-in must be pre-arranged and approved by management in advance.

Late Check-Out

Late check-out can be provided for an additional fee of $20.00 +tax/ hour for every hour after 4:00 a.m. Late check-out must be pre-arranged and approved by management in advance.

Security Measures

For the safety and security of all our guests, we kindly request a copy of your driver’s license or a valid government-issued photo ID. You can send this through text message or email to info@torontoroomsandsuites.com.

Security Deposit

Security/damage deposit is collected as per the following room type:

2 Bed Apartment Suite: $500.00*
1 Queen Bed Suite: $250.00*
1 King Bed Suite: $300.00*

*Deposit fee is subject to change without notice depending on certain dates

The deposit must be e-transfer to our email info@torontoroomsandsuites.com prior to arrival. Security Deposit will be returned 1-2 days after checking out.

Housekeeping

Housekeeping is available for an additional fee. Fresh towels can be provided upon request. Please note that housekeeping staff is available between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM, and requests for cleaning, fresh towels, or linens can only be accommodated during these times.

Safety & Security

The property is monitored by in-person security. For added protection, please ensure the front door fully closes behind you, allowing the deadbolt to automatically engage and prevent unauthorized access.

Gathering Guidelines

While we encourage you to enjoy your time, please refrain from hosting parties or events at. Our goal is to maintain a serene and comfortable atmosphere.

Tranquility Time

To ensure a peaceful stay for all guests, please keep noise to a minimum, this includes TV and music noise. Noise disturbance, parties, or noise from people acting disorderly are responded to by security or Toronto police. Kindly observe quiet hours in the common areas of the property (such as hallways, entrance, etc.) from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to allow everyone to unwind and rest without disturbance.

Furry Friends

Although we adore pets, we regret to inform you that we cannot host them due to potential allergies and disturbances for other guests.

Waste Disposal

if you need to dispose of waste that exceeds the capacity of the bin provided in your room, please use the large garbage bin located at the end of the hall towards the back of the building. We kindly ask that you avoid leaving any garbage or waste in front of your room or in the hallway to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests

Laundry Services

Laundry services are available upon request. Please text us to coordinate access into the laundry.

Visitors

For the comfort and safety of all, guests registered in the original reservation are only allowed on the property, any additional visitors/guests are not permitted on the property. Please strictly adhere to this policy. Unregistered visitors/guests are grounds for eviction.

Noise Disturbance Policy

If a noise disturbance is reported (either by another guest or security), we will take the following steps:

First Instance: We will contact you directly and request that the noise level be reduced.

Second Instance: If a second noise complaint is received, security will be dispatched to your room to address the issue in person. Please note that a service fee of $150.00 will be applied to your bill for each instance security is required to visit your unit.

After a third instance, guest will be requested to vacate the room, without a refund. Please note that a service fee of $150.00 will be applied to your bill for each instance security is required to visit your unit.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a peaceful environment for all guests.
